1Does the price include airfare to the origin and out of the last destination?
No! Persica is not authorized to issue an airline ticket as a tour operator. You may refer your travel agency or do some searches online. We are happy to refer you to our trustable affiliated travel agent. The only needed information is to know when you arrive in first point and depart out of last city.
2Am I eligible to enter Schengen Zone?
If you’re Citizen of Canada, United States and Australia you can freely enter the Schengen Zone up to 90 days. Persica is not allowed to obtain visas for its clients. You may refer to European consulates in your living country.

    • 3What is the cancellation/deferral policy?
    Free cancelation is allowed up to 64 days prior to the starting day. The non-refundable policy will be applied in case of cancellation after 64-day window up to your departure. You may postpone your booked tour up to one year only 30 days beforehand. A credit memo will be issued in case of deferral.
    4What is the child/discount policy?
    We consider 3.5% discount for juniors under 18 and seniors above 65. The same amount will be applied to students, doctors, lawyers, engineers and anyone who has birthday during the tour! Special perk for those who book more than one tour! Are you a travel agent? Let’s discuss!
    5What is the meal included?
    Excellent breakfast is complimentary by the hotels. Welcome drink & snack and farewell dinner included (Persian New Year’s Eve dinner is a privilege just for the Rhine tour). Lunch during full-day city tours in a local stylish restaurant is a must and included! Intercity lunch excluded! One more thing; what is a delay-snack? Ask delayers! ;)
    6What is the timing policy?
    We will start the city tours at 9 am until 5 pm including 2 hours of lunchtime. So it would be great if we meet up at 8:45 in the lobby after having breakfast. Let’s be in-time not on-time :) Intercity departures will be at 8 am.
    7Where to visit in full-day city tours?
    All the important, iconic and highlights of the city will be visited by panoramic/photo-stop/in-site excursion. Panoramic means exploring the site with an extensive unbroken view of bus in all directions without stop according to the destination rules (such as in front of Louvre Museum) or timing limitations.
    8What’s the plan for free days?
    It depends! if prefer to take it easy and enjoy your hotel in central location or would like to have more excitement and local exploring. We have options for your free time.
    9Am I insured during the tour?
    Sort of! You will be insured while intercity on roads. However, to be in safe hand, we suggest covering yourself by travel insurance.
    10What is the method of payment?
    30% of the booked tour amount must be credited to the bank account of Persica Tours Inc. at the time of reservation. The fund might be paid by cheque. The rest will be collected 64 days prior to starting day of the tour. Alternative option is paying by credit card causes 4.5% merchant fee as surcharge.
